Yin Yang Yoga Retreat Thailand 2018
1st – 7th March 2018
Set in tropical Phuket, tantalizing visions of adventure, of unexplored frontiers, and human possibilities yet to be realized. Escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and rejuvenate your soul at the Yin Yang Yoga Retreat Thailand in 2018. This holistic yoga retreat, offering daily Vinyasa and Yin yoga sessions, guided meditations, sharing circles, and a custom Chinese meridian yoga plan will open the path and allow your perspective of the world to change.
The Chinese meridian system stems from the ancient healing arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The body consists of multiple channels intertwined together. We have 12 regular channels used mostly for mind-body healing and an additional 8 extraordinary channels used for spiritual inquiries. Together we will create a customized yoga plan based on this ancient system that suits your specific physical and emotional needs. We’ll give you the tools and freedom to unleash unknown capacities and find a re-energized sense of purpose—for yourself and for the world.
We welcome and encourage all levels of experience from beginners to advanced yogis to join us on our retreat. We offer you a supportive environment to explore and embolden personal growth during our Yin Yang yoga retreat.

Practice yoga perched at the edge of the Andaman Sea, creating a sublime horizon connecting our lives to the infinite. We evolved out of the ocean, the blood in our veins having almost the same salinity as sea water. We are primal beings who exist within, not apart from nature. There is nothing like a clear view of the ocean to center ourselves in the unity of all things.
Wednesday, March 7th, 2018
Our closing circle and yoga practice will carry us into our final lunch together, celebrating our new friends and new perspectives from this sacred time together in Phuket before we bid farewell.
Villa Baan Paradise
Dive into decadence amid the tropical sounds and stunning vistas offered at the exclusive Villa Baan Paradise in Patong. Set atop a hill at the southern end of Patong Beach near the road headed around to beautiful Karon Beach, you’ll find your luxury destination. Baan Paradise is the perfect holiday residence, a short three-minute ride to beautiful beaches, endless shopping, and sensational dining experience. Yet your lavish villa is hidden away in complete privacy with enough solitude to enjoy a restorative luxurious Phuket escape.
Here you get your very own front-row seat to Phuket’s epicenter with the Patong Bay panorama set out before you and 180-degree views out over the Andaman Sea. Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows afford an extravagant vista from the sumptuously appointed main living area, while the dining room dazzles at night overlooking the twinkling lights of bustling Patong. Yes, it’s all about the views – even the luxurious spa bath overlooks the bay.
This villa boasts a peaceful hilltop setting and is positioned around an infinity pool. Separate wings and levels comprise 5 master bedrooms, each with magnificent views over the bay. Relax in the main living area overlooking the pool with the surround sound that makes the poolside a very tempting location to while away the hours.
Five generously sized master bedrooms, all with spectacular west-facing sea views. Each has its own storage and ensuite bathroom. Large comfortable beds invite you to open the curtains and lie back to wonder at the ever-changing colors as the morning sunshine glistens over the water. With so much on offer, while it might be difficult to leave your tranquil room, the effort will be worth it with an array of Thai temptations awaiting you.
Nestled between the luxury villa and the stunning view is a breathtaking 14-metre infinity-edge swimming pool. Comfortably appointed with teak timber sunbeds and massaging spa jets, you can easily spend a day – or days on end – relaxing poolside while listening to your choice of tunes.
